Scope of Services

WACA Properties serving as Homeowner's Advocate and Project Manager:

1. Act as your representative in coordinating all aspects of the restoration and renovation project.
2. Assist with selecting, coordinating, and managing contractors, vendors, and service providers.
3. Oversee the budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance of all project phases.
4. Provide regular updates, progress reports, and financial tracking of the project.
5. Ensure that all project activities are conducted in client's best interest.
